Coil and furnace lining replacement

Coil replacement

　　After stopping the gas and exhaust, remove the two thermocouple connectors connected to the lower part, close the water valve of the coil, change the cable to use a plum wrench or socket wrench, cable wiring to face contact, not point or line contact.

Furnace lining replacement

　　Move the heating coil to a place where it is easy to assemble. When moving the inner sleeve out of the heating coil, be careful not to rub with the coil, apply the insulating material with insulating paint to the damage, repeat twice, put the new inner sleeve into the heating coil, also be careful not to rub with the coil, put the heating coil, after each group of temperature sensors are installed, remove the insulating paper between the inner sleeve and each group of temperature sensors.
